Atomic Support ("we", "us") is operated by Shubham Badgujar. This policy explains what information we collect through atomic.shubhambadgujar.com and our website widget/Discord integrations, and how it's used.
Information we collect
Account information
- Email address and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store or see your plaintext password)
- Subscription/plan tier and billing history
Content you provide
- Bot configuration (name, description, platform settings)
- Uploaded knowledge base documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown) and the text extracted from them
- Your Discord bot token, if you connect a bot to Discord (encrypted at rest)
- Conversation transcripts between your bots and their visitors/users, including visitor-submitted questions and bot responses
Visitor/end-user information (collected on your behalf)
- If you enable "require email before chat" on your website widget, visitor email addresses are collected and stored, associated with that bot
- Conversation content from anyone who chats with your bot via the widget or Discord
Payment information
Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — we only receive payment status, amount, and order/payment IDs from Razorpay via webhook.
How we use this information
- To provide the core service: answering questions from your knowledge base via our LLM proxy
- To operate your dashboard: usage stats, conversation logs, quota tracking
- To process payments and apply plan upgrades or response-pack credits
- To respond to support requests
Third parties we share data with
- LLM proxy provider — the text of questions and relevant knowledge-base excerpts are sent to our configured LLM proxy (which may route to various underlying model providers) in order to generate answers and embeddings. We do not send your full documents, only relevant excerpts retrieved for a given question.
- Razorpay — for payment processing, as described above.
- Discord — if you connect a bot, your bot token is used to authenticate with Discord's API on your behalf; messages your bot is mentioned in or DMed are read to generate replies.
- Our infrastructure/hosting provider, solely to run the service.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or other third parties.
Data retention
We retain account data, uploaded documents, and conversation logs for as long as your account is active. If you delete a bot or document, its associated data is removed from our systems. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.
Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plaintext). Discord tokens, LLM proxy API keys, and Razorpay secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to authorized accounts only.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Bot owners can export collected visitor emails as CSV directly from their dashboard.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser localStorage to keep you logged in (auth tokens) and, on the embedded
widget, to remember a visitor's email so they aren't asked again on return visits. We do not use
third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
