Atomic Support is a purely digital, cloud-hosted service — there is no physical shipment or delivery involved. This page explains what "delivery" means for our product and when you can expect access.
Account access
Access to the Atomic Support dashboard is granted immediately upon successful sign-up, at atomic.shubhambadgujar.com/signup. No approval wait time — you can create your first bot and upload documents right away on the Free plan.
Paid plan upgrades & response packs
When you complete a payment via Razorpay for a plan upgrade (Starter/Growth) or an extra response pack, the corresponding quota or plan change is applied to your account automatically and immediately once Razorpay confirms the payment (typically within seconds, via a server-to-server webhook — no manual step on your end). You do not need to log out or take any further action; refresh the Billing page in your dashboard to see it reflected.
If a payment is captured but the plan/quota isn't updated within 15 minutes, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll resolve it manually.
What's included with delivery
- Dashboard access to create and manage bots
- Knowledge base upload, processing, and indexing (typically completes within seconds to a few minutes depending on document size)
- Website widget embed snippet, generated instantly per bot
- Discord bot connection, active within ~30 seconds of saving a bot token
- Response quota corresponding to your plan, refreshed automatically each billing period
