Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Atomic Support (atomic.shubhambadgujar.com), operated by Shubham Badgujar ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website widget or Discord bot integration, you agree to these terms.

The service

Atomic Support lets you create AI-powered support bots that answer questions strictly from documentation you upload. Bots can be connected to Discord and/or embedded as a website chat widget.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including bots you create and content you upload.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use paid plans.

Plans & quotas

• The Free plan includes limited bots, knowledge bases, and weekly response quota, as shown on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth) include higher quotas and limits, billed via Razorpay.
• Response quotas reset automatically each billing period (weekly for Free, monthly for paid plans). Unused quota does not carry over between periods.
• Extra response packs are one-time purchases that add a standing credit to your account, consumed only after your plan's per-period quota is used up. This credit does not expire and carries forward across billing periods until used.
• We may change plan pricing or limits going forward; changes won't retroactively reduce quota you've already paid for in the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atomic Support to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or security controls
• Use the service to send spam, harass users, or violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the free tier.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents you upload and content your bots generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content (including to our LLM proxy) solely to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bot answers are not guaranteed

Our bots are designed to answer only from your uploaded documentation and to decline when information isn't present. However, we do not guarantee that answers are always complete, accurate, or free of errors introduced by the underlying AI model. You're responsible for reviewing your knowledge base content and for how your bot's answers are used by your end users.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (our LLM proxy, Razorpay for payments, Discord for bot connectivity, and our hosting provider). We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the service running.

Payments

Paid plans and response packs are billed through Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive use, or where required by law.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atomic Support, including reliance on bot-generated answers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
