Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid purchases on Atomic Support, including plan subscriptions (Starter, Growth) and one-time extra response packs, processed via Razorpay.
No refunds once paid
All payments made on Atomic Support are final and non-refundable, whether for a plan upgrade or an extra response pack — regardless of how much of the purchased quota has actually been used. This applies to both one-time and recurring charges.
We take this approach because access and quota are granted immediately upon successful payment (see our Service Delivery Policy), and because response quota is metered and consumed continuously rather than reserved in advance.
Cancellations
You can stop using a paid plan at any time by contacting us at shubhambadgujar222@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid for. Your account and bots remain accessible; plan changes are applied by our team upon request.
Exceptions
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- A duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our end
- A payment was captured but the corresponding plan upgrade or response pack was never applied to your account
To request a review, email us with your Razorpay payment ID within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Disputes
If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.
