Will the bot ever make things up?

No — by design. Every question is matched against your uploaded documents first. If nothing relevant is found, the bot replies with a clear "I couldn't find that information" instead of guessing from general knowledge.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. Website-URL ingestion is planned for a future release.

What happens when I hit my response quota?

The bot stops generating new answers for the rest of the billing period. Refusals (questions outside the knowledge base) don't count against your quota — only real generated answers do. You can upgrade your plan or buy an extra response pack any time from Billing.

Can I run one bot on both Discord and my website?

Yes — set the bot's platform to Both and configure whichever integrations you need; they share the same knowledge base.

Is my knowledge base private?

Yes. Each bot's documents and chunks are scoped to that bot and owner — no cross-account or cross-bot access.

Can I delete or replace a document after uploading it?

Yes — from the bot's Knowledge base table you can delete, replace (upload a new file in its place), or reindex any document.
